Amy Hollier is an executive creative director specialising in behaviour change. She has 20 years experience in ad agencies worldwide, focussed on brand building and persuasion across global brands. She worked closely with Kmart Australia to transform it from a failing retailer to Australia’s No 1 brand for women. Amy helped reset the brand from the inside out, creating genuine organisational change. Then at BWM Dentsu she led her crew to create fame for Toyota, realestate.com.au, Deliveroo, Patties, Four N Twenty, Citipower, and Nando’s. Awards followed for her team’s innovative work with Bowel Cancer Australia, Dolly’s Dream, Deliveroo and the Dylan Alcott foundation. A born extrovert and communicator, Amy is passionate about helping people and believes powerful storytelling plays a crucial role in an economy where people, planet and profit can all thrive.
